• A Sleep Questionnaire for you to fill out. 

• A personalised and comprehensive sleep plan specific to your child/ children, taking into account their age, stage of development, their individual needs and their sleep requirements. 

• Plan includes sleep schedules, how to address your child's sleep issues, how to intervene during night wakings etc.

• A 60 minute video/ phonecall to go through the plan and answer any questions.

• Daily support for 2 weeks via  Email/WhatsApp to support you as you work through your chosen action plan.

• Schedules and sleep tips for the months ahead.
