• Sleep Questionnaire

• An In-depth assessment of your child's current sleep. 

• A personalised and comprehensive sleep plan specific to your child/children, the age and stage of development, their individual needs and their sleep requirements.

• 4 hours support at bedtime to assist you to implement your agreed action plan and to support with the first night waking. 

• Daily support for 2 weeks via Email/Whatsapp as you work through the plan. 

• A wrap up 30 minute phone consult to ensure that you are 100% confident.

• Written schedules and sleep tips for the months ahead.

• One additional phone call to use within 3 months.
