Package includes; An in-depth assessment of your child's current sleep plan Sleep Questionnaire A personalised and comprehensive sleep plan specific to your child/ children and their individual needs. Plan includes sleep schedules, how to address your child's sleep issues, how to intervene during night wakings etc. A 90 minute visit to your home to go through the plan and answer any questions. Daily support for 3 weeks via Email/WhatsApp to support you as you work through your chosen action plan. Schedules and sleep tips for the months ahead.
