Service Description

Package includes; -Sleep Questionnaire -An In-Depth assessment of your child's current sleep -A personalised and comprehensive sleep plan. - 4 hours bedtime support to assist you to implement your agreed plan and to support with the first night waking. -Daily support for 2 weeks as you work through the plan. - A wrap up 30 min call to ensure you are 100% confident. - One additional phonecall to use within 3 months.
