My Mission

My mission is to empower parents with the knowledge and confidence they need to help their wee ones develop and maintain healthy sleep habits and routines.

From my own personal experience and in my many years working with families suffering from sleep deprivation. I believe the importance of sufficient sleep for the whole family can never be underestimated. A well rested family means; better maternal mental health, better learning opportunities for children, better family functioning, overall happiness and of course more time, energy and patience for meeting the needs of our precious bundles.
